Pactum
The OTC desk for pump.fun bags

Move the bag.
Not the chart.

Sell a big bag straight to a buyer, away from the chart. One Solana transaction that both of you sign: the tokens go one way, the SOL the other, and it all happens or nothing does. Nobody holds anyone's money, not even us.

The problem

A big sell on the chart is a crash you cause yourself.

A pump.fun coin trades on a curve or a pool with a few dozen SOL in it. Sell a few percent of the supply into it and the price falls in one trade, your own fill gets worse with every token, and everyone watching the chart sees it. On Pactum the bag goes to one buyer at one agreed price, and the chart never sees the trade.

Sold on Pactum at
Sold on the chart10.81 SOL

before trading fees, and the price falls 23.8% in that one trade, in front of everyone.

Sold on Pactum, 10% under11.14 SOL

with no desk fee, and the chart moves 0%: the deal never touches the pool.

Example pool holding 85 SOL and 206M tokens. On the desk the same numbers are read live from each coin's real curve or pool.

One transaction

Every line, or none of them.

The desk builds one transaction with exactly these instructions. Your browser checks each one against the signed terms before your wallet opens. If any line would fail, the network drops the whole thing.

  1. 01Compute budgetthe limit and a capped priority feenetwork
  2. 02Buyer's token accountcreated only if missing, paid by the buyerbuyer
  3. 03TokenstransferChecked, seller to buyer, through the coin's own token programseller
  4. 04SOLbuyer to seller: the full price, with no desk feebuyer

  6. ✓Signed by bothbuyer first, then seller, over the very same bytes
How a deal moves

From a signed offer to settled, in four states.

  1. Listed

The maker signs the terms as a message. Nothing moves.

  2. Requested

A taker signs the transaction the desk built, after the browser checked every line.

  3. Approved

The maker signs the same bytes with one click. The desk sends it.

  4. Settled

Confirmed on chain. Tokens one way, SOL the other, in the same instant.

The approval window is about a minute. The transaction carries a fresh blockhash, so the network itself kills it if the maker does not approve in time. No durable nonce, no key on our server, no stale signature anyone can sit on. Why
